180

Measure. Modify. Master. 180 degrees in 180 days.

The Daddish 180 is the experiment this site follows: a busy dad trying to build better days, one change at a time. The 180 area of the Daddish app is the tool I’m running it in. You can run your own.

Daddish is invite-only for now. If you have an invitation, Open 180 signs you in. No invitation yet? Open Tabs, my weekly field report, gets first access to the tools that prove useful.

The program

180 days, in three turns.

It starts with an honest look at the days you have now, then works on one habit at a time. Nothing here promises a measured daily gain; 180 degrees is the direction, not a score.

  1. Measure

    Days 1–30

Start from an honest baseline of the days you have now, then one short lesson a day. A missed day leaves no backlog.

  2. Modify

    Days 31–90

Small experiments around one main focus, a one-tap check-in each day and a weekly review. Keep what earns its place.

  3. Master

    Days 91–180

Lighter check-ins and monthly revisits while the changes become normal, then a closing review.

The tool

Morning step. Evening close.

  • A morning step and an evening close

Each day has one step in the morning and a short close at night. Each day you close turns your heading one degree.

  • Your map and your reviews

A map of your habits, a weekly review, and a milestone review at each turn of the program.

  • A field guide that’s yours

Franky drafts a field guide from what’s working. You edit it, and every version is kept.

  • Checks on your calendar

In Master, put the light check-ins on your calendar so they happen without you having to remember them.

One Daddish app

One app. Five areas.

180 is one area of the Daddish app. One Daddish sign-in opens all five, with a switcher to move between them, one Capture that files things in the right place, and one Search across everything.

Yours alone: your days and notes stay private, even inside a shared household. 180 sits beside DaySet, Food, Fitness and Home, so the habit you’re working on lives in the same app as the days you’re working on it in.

Start your own 180.

Invite-only for now. One Daddish sign-in opens 180 and every other area.
