Fitness
The workout that survives your day.
Training planned around a real week, with Mo moving the session when the day moves.
Daddish is invite-only for now. If you have an invitation, Open Fitness signs you in. No invitation yet? Open Tabs, my weekly field report, gets first access to the tools that prove useful.

Fitness, up close

The week, planned
Real screens from the Daddish app, shown with a made-up household.
What it does
When the day moves, the workout moves.
Set up with Mo
Answer a few questions about your week and your training, then preview your first week before it starts.
Today, adjusted
Short on time, or suddenly have more? Change today and the session adapts instead of disappearing. Mo’s note says why, and Undo puts it back.
Guided sessions
Strength sessions with sets, a rest timer, exercise swaps, plate math and a pause if something hurts, saved as you go, even offline. Runs, rides and swims end with a short debrief.
Plan and progress
Edit the week yourself or have it planned for you, then follow your lifts and history on the Progress board.
One Daddish app
One app. Five areas.
Fitness is one area of the Daddish app. One Daddish sign-in opens all five, with a switcher to move between them, one Capture that files things in the right place, and one Search across everything.
Yours alone: your workouts and training never show to anyone else in the household, even when you share Food and Home. When it’s time to plan the week’s training, DaySet nudges you.
- DaySetStart your day on purpose.
- FoodCooking that compounds.
- FitnessThe workout that survives your day.
- HomeKnow what the house needs before it becomes urgent.
- 180Measure. Modify. Master. 180 degrees in 180 days.
Fitness is in private beta.
Invite-only for now. One Daddish sign-in opens Fitness and every other area.
